What clinics ask before they switch.
Do we have to change our phone system or scheduling tool?
No. MediOS connects to Calendly for bookings and to VitalPBX for calls, so your team keeps the tools patients already reach you through.
Does MediOS fill out the whole I-693?
MediOS fills the applicant information, civil surgeon details, exam findings, and vaccination record from what your team already entered. The civil surgeon reviews, prints, and wet-signs the packet.
Is MediOS HIPAA compliant?
MediOS is built for protected health information: two-factor sign-in, role-based access, an audit trail, and a Business Associate Agreement signed with your clinic. Data runs on HIPAA-eligible hosting and is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How long does setup take?
Most clinics are running live cases within 3 to 5 days, depending on clinic size and which integrations you connect. We handle the connections and account setup with you.
Does it work with our EMR?
Yes, MediOS works with RXNT. For other EMRs, MediOS runs the exam workflow around the chart, so it sits alongside the system you already use. Tell us yours on the demo call.
Who owns our data, and what happens if we cancel?
Your clinic owns its data. MediOS handles it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export your case data and generated I-693 packets. After that, we delete your clinic’s data within 30 days, and backups age out within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
